Every Skynetix customer gains access to our exclusive support channel. Your login credentials (username and password) will be sent to you via email at the start of our partnership.
How to Log In
Via a browser (the quickest way)
No installation is required. Visit: support.skynetix.eu and log in using the information you received in your email.
Desktop Applications (Windows, macOS, Linux)
To receive real-time notifications on your computer:
- Download it Nextcloud Talk app from the official Nextcloud store or website.
- In the Server URL field, type:
https://support.skynetix.eu - Enter your username and password.
Mobile (iOS & Android)
Stay connected wherever you are:
- Search for it “Nextcloud Talk” on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Install the app and enter the server URL:
https://support.skynetix.eu - Log in with your credentials.
💡 Safety Tip:
Your credentials are strictly personal. If you forget your password or lose the email containing your login information, please contact us so we can issue new ones.
