Terms of Use & Service Agreement

1. Introduction & Basic Definitions

The website skynetix.eu is the website for the provision of the company's services HIVE 5 (hereinafter referred to as «the Company»).

1.2 Duration of the Contract

The contract is agreed for an indefinite period, unless otherwise specified by the individual service (e.g. annual hosting).

2. Customer's obligations

2.1 Validity of Data

The Customer confirms the truth and validity of the invoicing data. False data entitle the Company to immediate account deletion without notice.

3. Limitation of Liability & Backups

The Company's liability is limited to the maximum amount of the annual subscription of the specific service.

4. Technical Support

The support concerns exclusively the operation of the servers. It does not include:

• Web design or programming (code, WordPress, etc.).
• Solving problems in third-party software.
• Training in the use of applications.

7. Prohibited Uses (AUP)

It is strictly forbidden to use for:

• Illegal content or copyright infringement.
• Spamming & Phishing activities.
• Crypto-mining, VPN or Proxy Servers in shared packages.

Violation of the above leads to immediate interruption without refund.

9. Transactions & Returns Policy

The services are activated only after the confirmation of the payment. In case of non-payment, the service is automatically suspended and the data is permanently deleted after the grace period.

9.3 Money Back Guarantee

A money back guarantee (14-30 days depending on the service) is provided exclusively for new Shared Hosting markets, excluding domains and SSL.

10. Data Processing & GDPR

The Company fully complies with the GDPR regulation (2016/679). The Customer remains the «Data Controller» of the data it hosts, while the Company acts as the «Processor».

11. Legal Issues

The terms are governed by the Greek Law. For any dispute, the courts of the Company's headquarters (Athens) shall have jurisdiction.
