WCAG 2.1 AA Standard: All of our e-shops are built in full compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA international web accessibility standard, ensuring that people with disabilities can navigate them seamlessly.
Fines & Penalties: Failure to comply with the European Accessibility Directives results in severe administrative fines from €10,000 to €100,000, as well as a possible suspension of the e-shop's operations.
Legal Functions: Includes the required "opt-out" button (14 days), a fully configured GDPR cookie banner (Complianz), Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
Delivery Time: The e-shop will be delivered fully operational within 30 business days from the date of receipt of all necessary materials. This period is normally counted as part of the first month of the subscription.
Information gathering: After completing your order, you will receive a link to Chat Support, where you can submit your logo, colors, text, and basic business information.

PayPal Business: To accept payments via PayPal, you must link your own PayPal Business account.
Stripe: To process direct charges to credit/debit cards, you must create and verify an account on the Stripe platform.
IRIS Payments & Bizum: The IRIS feature comes pre-installed in its basic form (please contact us regarding automation). Bizum can be easily activated through Stripe.
Additional Options: We accept cash on delivery as well as payment by bank deposit.
Courier Companies: The service does not handle the physical transport of the products. The owner makes an independent arrangement with the courier company of his or her choice.
BOXNOW (Greece): A ready-to-use integration with BOXNOW is provided. All you need to do is submit a request to receive your API keys.
Packlink PRO (Spain / Europe): Packlink PRO support enabled (free account) with access to InPost, Correos, and other drop-off locations.
Domain Name: The domain name is the customer's responsibility. You simply point your domain's nameservers to our servers.
Subscription Policy: The subscription fee is paid in advance on a monthly, semiannual, or annual basis. In the event of nonpayment, access is suspended and the data is deleted.
Technical Support: You have the option to purchase a support package in advance (30€ + VAT per month), which includes up to 4 hours of training/chat and up to 4 hours of technical changes.
Connecting to Marketplaces: The e-shop is Ready to integrate with Skroutz, BestPrice, and TikTok Shop, as it offers the ability to generate specialized XML/product feeds.
Integration with Billing Systems (ERP) & Tax Authorities: It is technically fully capable of interfacing with commercial invoicing software (ERP) and directly transmitting documents to the relevant tax authorities (e.g., myDATA in Greece).
Issuance of Documents: The business owner is responsible for issuing valid retail receipts or invoices using the appropriate tools or interfaces.
Social Feeds: Includes automatic XML/Feed integration for seamless connection to Google Merchant Center and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Shops).
