Corporate Password Manager on Your Mobile Phone

Secure your business passwords and access them securely from anywhere.

Using a corporate password manager (such as Bitwarden, 1Password, or LastPass) isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. It protects your business from data breaches and allows you to access all your work tools instantly and securely from your mobile device.

1

Installation and Biometrics

Security starts with your device:

  • Download the official app and log in with your corporate credentials.
  • Be sure to enable Face ID or Fingerprint: This way, the Password Manager locks automatically and can only be unlocked with your fingerprint, providing maximum protection if you lose your phone.
2

Auto-fill Settings

So you don't have to remember passwords:

  • Go to Settings on your phone (iOS/Android) -> Passwords -> Autocomplete.
  • Select your company's password manager. Now, for every app or website, your phone will automatically suggest the correct, encrypted password.
💡 Smart Move: Master Password

The Master Password is the only password you need to remember. Make sure it's complex (at least 16 characters) and never write it down in notes or emails.

⚠️ Do not share your passwords!

Never send passwords via chat, email, or SMS. Use the “Share” feature within the Password Manager, which allows you to securely grant access to colleagues without revealing the password in plain text.

Complete safety! Your company data is now secure.
