Cloudflare Account Management
Essential features for optimizing your site's performance and security.
Cloudflare manages your site's core infrastructure. Incorrect settings may cause immediate downtime for the website. If you're not sure about a change, don't proceed—send us a support request.
1. Where are the DNS servers located?
DNS manages the connection between your domain and our server.
- Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
- Select your site from the list.
- In the left-hand menu, click the icon DNS.
- All records (A, CNAME, MX) are displayed here. Do not change any entries unless you receive instructions from our technical team.
2. How to Clear the Cache
If you've made changes to the site and they aren't showing up, Cloudflare is “serving” an old version. To fix this:
- In the left-hand menu, select Caching.
- Select Configuration.
- Press the button Purge Everything.
- Please wait 30 seconds and refresh your website.
If you plan to make a lot of changes to the site's design, enable it Development Mode (under Caching -> Configuration). This will temporarily bypass the cache, allowing you to see your changes in real time without having to constantly purge it.
Not sure? Don't take any chances!
Infrastructure management requires precision. Whether you need to configure new DNS settings or are experiencing display issues, the Skynetix team is here to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
