Meta Business Suite: Facebook & Instagram Management

Meta Business Suite is your “command center” for Facebook and Instagram. Instead of switching between apps, you can manage all your customer communications and content from a single app, saving you valuable time.
Main Inbox
The most important feature is the tab Inbox:
- This is where all your messages from Messenger, Instagram Direct, and comments on your posts are gathered.
- Use them Saved Replies (Saved replies) to quickly send responses to frequently asked questions (e.g., hours of operation, location).
Content Planning
Don't post at the last minute. In the tab Planner:
- You can create and schedule posts and Stories for Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
- Check the calendar to see what has already been posted and what will be posted in the coming days.
Adjust them Instant Replies (Instant replies) so your customers receive a welcome message as soon as they contact you, even outside of business hours.
If Instagram isn't showing up, make sure your account has been switched to “Professional” (Business or Creator) and that it's properly linked to your Facebook Page through the settings.
