Access Your Profile
To view your information:
- Open the app Google Maps on your cell phone.
- Tap your profile photo (top right) and select “Businesses like yours” (Your Business Profiles).
- Select your business to view the management dashboard.
Responding to Reviews
Interaction builds trust:
- In the main menu, select the tab “Reviews”.
- View all reviews and click “Response” to show your customers appreciation or to resolve any complaints.
Businesses with recent photos on their profiles get much more engagement. Upload photos of your space or your products regularly, right from your phone.
Avoid changing your business name or address frequently, as this may trigger a verification check by Google and temporarily limit your visibility in search results.
