This Data Processing Agreement («DPA») is an integral part of the terms of cooperation between the company and The Hive Five (hereinafter referred to as «Processor») and the Customer who purchases services through the website skynetix.eu (hereinafter referred to as the «Controller»).
The Customer, acting as a Data Controller for the data of its own customers, entrusts Hive Five with the processing of personal data for the provision of hosting, web development and digital infrastructure management services. Hive Five undertakes the processing of this data solely for the purpose of performing the services and in accordance with the written instructions of the Client.
Hive Five recognizes that the Client has obligations towards the data subjects. Therefore, Hive Five is bound by:
Subscription: To assist the Customer, through appropriate technical and organisational measures, so that the Customer is able to respond to requests to exercise the rights of data subjects (e.g. the right to erasure, rectification or portability).
Case Management: To inform the Customer immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach that may endanger the Customer's customers' data.
Transparency: To provide the Customer with any information necessary to prove compliance with the obligations of Article 28 of the GDPR.
Customer acknowledges that Hive Five uses qualified providers to provide its services. By accepting this Agreement, Customer provides its consent to the use of the following partners:
Hosting: Contabo, Hostinger, Racknerd.
Email Services: Google Workspace, Titan, Mailhostbox.
Domains: Openprovider, Netim.
Security & CDN: Cloudflare. Hive Five guarantees that it ensures that these partners maintain a level of data protection compatible with the GDPR.
4.1. Deletion: After the termination or termination of the cooperation, Hive Five undertakes to delete or return to the Customer all personal data, unless the storage obligation is provided for by law.
4.2. Backups: Backups containing personal data remain on Hive Five's systems for up to six (6) months after the end of the cooperation, due to technical limitations. After this period, these data are automatically and permanently deleted.
4.3. Tax Data: Hive Five reserves the right to retain invoicing data and financial data relating to the transactional relationship with the Customer, for as long as required by applicable tax legislation.
Hive Five is responsible for the processing it carries out, as well as for the actions of its subcontractors. The Client remains solely responsible for the legality of the collection of the data he/she enters into the systems managed by Hive Five.

Platform: The e-shop is delivered for use through our platform. The customer receives a Shop Manager account to manage orders and products.
Restrictions: For security and code stability reasons, it is not allowed to install plugins or access the system files (FTP/Cpanel).
Backup & Transfer: The service is provided as a subscription model. The service is provided as a subscription-based model.
Payment Policy: The subscription is payable in advance. Prepayment is possible for longer periods (e.g. 6 months, annual).
Termination of Service: In the event of failure to pay on time for the month, access is suspended and all data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Returns: Due to the nature of the service (digital product/setup service), no refunds will be given after purchase.
Delivery Time: The e-shop is delivered within 5 working days from the dispatch of the material. This time is normally counted towards the first month of the subscription.
Information gathering: After purchase, the customer receives a link to Chat Support, where he/she is required to send logo, colors, texts and information.
Products: The import of products is the sole responsibility of the customer. WooCommerce is a widely used platform with plenty of supporting material (YouTube, Forums) for learning.
Domain Name: the domain name is not included in the price. The customer must configure the nameservers that will be indicated to him in his own domain.
Data Export: XML export is provided for use in Google Merchant Center and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Shops).
Basic Package: does not include technical support beyond the availability of the platform.
Additional Support: after the initial free coaching (if provided), each month of support is pre-purchased for 30€ + VAT.
Support Services: The support month includes up to 4 hours of chat communication/training and up to 4 hours of work on e-shop changes.
Accepting payments requires connection to external providers. Specifically:
PayPal: If you wish to accept payments via PayPal, you must have or create a PayPal Business account.
Stripe: For direct acceptance of credit/debit cards via Stripe, the respective registration and identification on the Stripe platform is required.
IRIS Payments : The IRIS feature is enabled in its simple form. For direct debit automation please contact us.
Bizum : Activate it via stripe
In addition can be added the purchase by cash on delivery, or by deposit in a bank account
The e-shop service does not undertake the transport of the products. The owner of the shop must enter into an independent cooperation with a courier company of his choice for the delivery of orders to customers.
For Greece the BOXNOW service is available. You will need to apply to BOXNOW to be given your login details
For Spain Packlink PRO is activated. You will need to create a free account. Packlink PRO supports Inpost , Correos etc.
The issuance of legal documents (retail receipts, invoices, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the user.
Note: Documents must be issued in accordance with the applicable legislation and tax rules of the country where the business is based or to which the sales are made.
The customer is bound by our standard Terms of Use. In case he wishes to use his own personalized terms (GDPR, Returns Policy, etc.), he must send them to us for incorporation.
