The process begins with the purchase of the service, which can be made either online or offline. In this first step, we check whether the domain has already been purchased. If it hasn't, purchasing and registering your new domain is the first essential step we need to take to move forward.
Within 12 to 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive the exclusive access codes for the Nextcloud Talk. This will be our official and secure communication channel, where you can upload and send us all the necessary materials, texts, photos, and information about your project.
We are sending you the Name Servers (NS) for Cloudflare so you can add them to your domain, ensuring connectivity through the leading CDN for maximum speed and security. At the same time, if your package includes email service, the necessary passwords and accounts are issued immediately through an external provider.
During this time, you provide us with the exact requirements for your project. Together, we analyze the specific needs of your industry. For example, if it’s a lawyer’s website, we’ll define the creation of specific features such as a WhatsApp direct contact button, specialized forms, and more.
We proceed with the full construction and development of the website, strictly adhering to the agreed-upon specifications. During this stage, with regard to the visual/aesthetic aspects of the platform, the following can be implemented: up to 2 complete revisions on your part.
We conduct detailed and thorough testing to ensure the website performs optimally. Please note that if the project involves an online store (e-shop), this timeframe is extended, as several specialized tests are required for payment and shipping integrations.
The website is delivered to the client ready to use and fully functional. We also provide you with the Cloudflare account, in case you wish to make any adjustments on your own in the future. Important note: Our hospitality is always Managed, therefore, for security and operational reasons, hosting management passwords are not provided.
If you have chosen your own hosting provider, you should follow the entire process described above as usual. The only difference is that you’ll need to provide us with the necessary access credentials from the start so that we can properly set up the server.
If you use a third-party DNS provider (other than Cloudflare), our team will provide you with the appropriate IP address for our server, as well as clear instructions so that you can set up the necessary A Record on your profile.
